You run a school worth choosing. Unblur finds the one thing quietly costing you the most families, and we build the fix ourselves, finished, this week. Not a plan you have to carry out. Done, not advised.
A few minutes on how Unblur takes enrollment off your plate and gets the first fix done this week. Prefer to read? Everything it covers is right here on the page.
I am not another consultant who hands you a plan and disappears. I ran enrollment from the inside for eighteen months, as the executive responsible for the numbers, at a school founded by Michael Strong, who has started nine schools over thirty-five years. I came up in growth, working with around seventy $1M-$500M/yr companies before that. So I built the fix myself. I do not lecture you about it.
I also wrote Raising Free Learners (a #1 New Release in Homeschooling and Parent Participation in Education on Amazon) and studied the Great Books at St. John's College, the only fully Socratic college in the country. You will not have to explain your school to me.

Most schools fighting enrollment reach for more. More ads, more reach, a new agency, a louder open house. But the right families already exist. They just cannot tell, from the outside, that your school is for their child. So more reach only brings more wrong-fit tours and more silence after them.
I work the other way. Instead of adding noise, I find the one thing quietly costing you the most families, and I fix that. Then the next one. The right families start to recognize themselves before they ever tour.
You know the moments. It is the second week of June; you are reconciling the re-enrollment list when a family who was warm at every pickup all year is just gone, and you cannot say when you lost them. It is a Tuesday in January, and a mother two towns over is searching for exactly the school you run, and never finds you. It is the Sunday night before the board meeting, and you are hunting for eight families' worth of tuition that is not there yet.
None of that is a reflection on the school. The school is good. The problem is upstream, in how the school is seen from the outside, and it is the most natural thing in the world to miss, which is why almost everyone does.
1. See it.
The Family Fit Scorecard, free. A 15-minute self-check that shows you where your enrollment is leaking families.
2. Know it.
The Enrollment X-Ray, $1,500. In a week or two we take apart how your school is reaching families right now, your site, your content, the way inquiries get handled, and we hand you the map: exactly where you are losing the right families, ranked by what each leak is costing you.
If you decide to go further, the full $1,500 credits toward the next step.
3. Done.
The Right Families Sprint, $3,500 a month for three months. Twelve weeks, one finished fix built and handed to you every single week, in the order your data says matters most.
Not a binder. Not a six-month plan. One real thing, done, every week, while your side stays light: you put what I build live and reply to families within a day.
Most schools start with the X-Ray. It is the small, low-risk way to see exactly what is going on before you commit to anything bigger.
Most schools make the whole thing back with one family they would otherwise have lost, in tuition they collect this year. Everything the system enrolls after that stays in the school, funding the mission instead of an agency.
It is for you if you lead a private school with a real mission, classical, classical-Christian, Catholic, Christian, or independent, usually 50 or more students, and you are tired of watching the families who would love your school never find it.
It is not for you if you want a quick trick to flood your tours with anyone, or a generalist agency running a corporate playbook on a school. Hiring one of those for your school is a bit like hiring a pediatrician for a dog. This is the right families, found, not more families.
One enrolled family at your tuition covers it many times over, and two pay it back several times. Most agencies charge twenty to thirty thousand for a plan you still have to carry out yourself. And you do not start there. Most schools begin with the $1,500 X-Ray, which credits toward the rest.
Yes. That is the front door. The X-Ray is $1,500, it shows you precisely where families are getting lost, and the full amount credits toward the Sprint if you go further. No wasted spend.
What specifically went wrong? Almost always it was a generalist running a consumer playbook on a school. This was built inside an alternative school, not borrowed from a brand.
That is the entire reason it exists. The number one reason this kind of work fails is that schools never have the staff hours to carry out the advice. So we do not hand you advice. We do the work. Your only job is to put what we build live and reply to families.
A first finished fix in the first week or two, not three months.
If your inquiry quality has not measurably improved in 60 days and you have put the work live, I keep working the next month at no charge until it does. I make it right with work, not refunds.

"I hired Nicolás Forero as Chief Marketing Officer, and it was the healthiest transition we had made. Nicolás was my best CMO since I had started the school, and he brought a level of strategic clarity to our enrollment and positioning that we had been missing."
Everything here comes from alternative and independent schools we worked with, over about eighteen months. We keep their name out of it on purpose. We will not pretend every school sees this. Here is the documented arc.
One school took its enrollment-season close rate from under 1 in 10 families to more than 1 in 4. It cut what it cost to bring in a new family by roughly 80%. Another added more than 60 new families and over half a million dollars in new tuition in eight months. And the families it brought in stayed: first-year retention rose to about 2 in 3, well above the school's own history. Our schools did not spend more to do any of it. It fixed how it was seen from the outside, and stopped losing families between the first inquiry and the tour.
One honest note, because a head of school can smell a tidy story: that arc was not a straight line. There was an off-season dip before it recovered, and while we closed 4 families out of ten once, we also closed 1.5 families out of ten in other occasions. We would rather tell you that than sell you a highlight reel.
Unblur looks at where your school is losing the right families and tells you the one thing we would fix first. If you would rather just start with the X-Ray, we can set that up on the call.
A note on availability: Unblur takes a few schools at a time, so the working sessions stay real.
